Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for the Coal India Management Trainee post must fulfill one of the following qualifications:

Passed CA Intermediate examination conducted by ICAI
Passed CMA Intermediate examination conducted by ICMAI

Candidates must be registered with ICAI or ICMAI. Applicants who have already completed one year or more of similar training in any other Public Sector Undertaking are not eligible for this recruitment.

Age Limit

General / EWS: Maximum 28 years
OBC: Maximum 31 years
SC / ST: Maximum 33 years
Persons with Disabilities: Additional relaxation of up to 10 years

Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India rules.

Stipend Details

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 22,000 during the training period. This stipend is intended to support candidates during their training tenure at Coal India Limited.
