Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) has started the recruitment process for Grade A Scientific Officer posts. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website. Educational Qualification

• BE, BTech, BSc, MSc, or Integrated MSc from a recognized university or institute with at least 60% marks

Age Limit

• General: Maximum 26 years
• OBC: Maximum 29 years
• SC/ST: Maximum 31 years
• Age calculated as on 1 August 2026

Stipend

During training: ₹74,000 per month

Salary

Post-training: Level-10 Pay Matrix, ₹1,35,000 per month + other allowances

Selection Process

• Screening based on online exam or GATE score
• Shortlisted candidates called for personal interview
• Final selection based on medical fitness
