Educational Qualification

• PGT: Post Graduation in relevant subject with at least 50% marks and B.Ed
• TGT: Graduation with B.Ed and CTET Paper 2 pass
• Other Posts: 12th pass to Graduation, Diploma or Professional Degree depending on the post

Age Limit

As per KVS rules; SC/ST: 5 years relaxation, OBC: 3 years relaxation

Selection Process

• Principal, Vice Principal, PGT, TGT, Head Master, Assistant Section Officer, Senior Secretariat Assistant, Junior Secretariat Assistant: Limited Departmental Examination (LDE)
• Finance Officer, Section Officer: Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE)

Salary

As per 7th Central Pay Commission, along with other allowances

Exam Pattern

• Objective Questions: 60
• Descriptive Questions: 10
• Duration: 2.5 hours
• Cut-off Marks: Unreserved: 40%, SC/ST/PwD: 35%
